3D Learner Testimonials
3D Leaner was recommended to us by our sons school, as he was in need of enablement that would give him a level of awareness regarding focus, achievement and the confidence to know thats its okay to learn things differently.
Mark and Mira have developed programs that help kids – that are smart but not fully leveraging their full potential- actually realize their potential.
The time and effort that they put into our son resulted in not only academic improvements but also social and behavioral improvements.
The staff really puts in a lot of effort and care to ensure each Child’s success and we are lucky to have found them.
Be sure to ask Mark to perform the <water trick> when you meet him, it’s pretty eye opening.

Looking back at fourth grade, we never would have thought that K. would now be on track to complete law school in May of 2015. Mira Halpert and what is now 3D Learner gave K. the skills, tools and self-confidence needed to accomplish this. Without Mira, K. would never have had the skills or confidence to even consider attending law school.
Mira/Mark – FEATHERS IN YOUR CAPS!!
Bar results came out yesterday (4/11/16) and K. PASSED!! He was sworn in at about 12:15 yesterday so he is now a barred attorney!! That means he keeps his job as Assistant State Attorney for 2 more years and then he can decide which direction he wants to go. Oh, he’s also been accepted into the Army JAG Corps as a JAG reserve officer!
It was a busy, crazy, hectic day! And a very long journey with an absolutely wonderful outcome! Thank you soooo much!! We would not be here without you!!
We’re so glad we found you 17 or 18 years ago!! I’ve lost track of the time but never of the difference you made in K.’s life!!

I have to share with the people who gave my boys the tools and the confidence to persevere… A and H each received a composite score of 36 on their ACT. This is a perfect score and is earned by 0.06% of test takers (U.S. and international).
Also, A. won his 2nd state championship in diving and H. placed 7th!! From the kids who could not play ball sports, it was a great week!!
Tell that to your parents who wonder whether their twice exceptional kids will make it!!!
You had such a positive and meaningful impact on me and my boys, so I wanted to share the good news!
All my best,
K.F., Parkland, FL
This is the best of the best!!!!!
I have tried everything for my daughter because she couldn’t read. When I decided to get my daughter in the program, it was the best decision ever. I was getting ready to do homework with my daughter when she took the homework from me and started reading the story, I usually read it to her. And this happened after 30 hours of sessions. I was in tears!!!!! The team, I can’t find the words to describe them. They are very understanding and always willing to work with me. I’m telling everybody about them.

Thought you might get a kick out of hearing about S.
He is in his junior year at FIT in New York. He is getting a business degree in fashion merchandising and has been an honors student throughout his college career.

Your impact on my child is a lifelong gift that means the world to me.
Thank you for being you!

What have I learned? I have learned that my daughter is very creative and I need to find more opportunities to have this outlet. I now know what she needs to flourish and the goal setting required to motivate her. I have been inspired by this whole process.
Dear Mark & Mira,
Thanks for staying in touch and sharing the attached articles. The twice exceptional article is particularly good and parallels what we’ve also experienced. Public schools simply don’t know how to handle these kids, and end up doing a whole lot more harm than good.
Thank goodness for organizations like 3D Learner, who pick up the pieces where public schools fail, and help turn these kids around towards a successful future. Thank you Mark & Mira (& Julie) for your support!
Best wishes to you all,
S.S., Ft Lauderdale, FL
Congrats on the anniversary of 3D Learner. May your success continue to grow and prosper in helping kids to reach their potential. We feel most blessed and thankful to have found you!

She was absolutely beaming from ear to ear when I picked her up from aftercare and told me and her sister! Of course the humble part of her kept giving most credit to all those loving and caring souls such as yourself that have helped tutor her along her path lol. But she couldn’t believe her own success as she said “yes and I just had to believe in myself and put my mind to it”! Very excited about her progress!
Also I wanted to express my gratitude for the 3D Learner help she received. I went to a meeting about M. and saw a video clip showing how her brain has a challenge with a simple task as a clapping sequence. Yet, she comprehends much detail. 3D said it was like she can take visual cues or auditory cues but her mind is so far ahead of the task that putting them together at a normal pace, such as most of us, do gives her the difficulty. They explained that for her it’s hard to sit still to learn vs having her do hands on tasks such as walking while she memorizes her spelling words or something. So her sister and I have been making games with her tasks and she still teaches her stuffed animal friends while she does her daily writes LOL.
Another thing that is worth noting, and is documented by the essay she did, which reflected her “sad” mood about feeling unloved…3D Learner program pointed out that was a common pattern with someone of M.’s learning disability. It’s like they doubt themselves and reach out to balance their handicap. They explained it as along the lines of intuitive or her emotional side of things. It’s her “feeling” side of things. And she would need things repeated, not because she’s not paying attention but more because she’s trying to merge the hearing and visual together.
Very interesting stuff I learned to help M.

I wanted to thank you for the services my daughters received with your 3D Learner Program. They both made tremendous gains and I am very pleased with the services rendered. For the first time in 8 years my daughter K. obtained A’s in her report card and she feels confident and happy academically. Words cannot describe how happy and thankful we are with their progress. We are forever indebted with 3 D Learner and your son Michael. Mr. Michael was always very kind, patient, reassuring and a constant source of encouragement with both my daughters. Somehow he made learning fun for both of them, which is something I rarely observed in them.

We diligently did our “Flearning” exercises for many months, and that was definitely the turning point, after months of trying the traditional phonics approach with very limited success. Just as important, you taught ME the invaluable lesson of different learning styles, and made me see the many strengths in my child that are often ignored or under-appreciated by our traditional schools. This knowledge has made parenting her much more pleasant, and has allowed me to steer her in directions that I know will yield success.
Mostly, I wanted to give hope to other parents out there that with time, maturity, and diligence, a right-brained “dyslexic” child with ADHD can become an engaged, enthusiastic student. For the third time this week R. has expressed how much she is enjoying her current mystery book (totally on grade-level!), and wants me to buy her more books by the same author. These are words I never thought I’d hear this child say! How many nights I lost sleep wondering if we’d ever even get this child through high school… Thank you for all you do, and for offering an out-of-the-box solution that really works!
It’s been 6 years since we met you, and I can’t tell you how much you opened my eyes about learning styles. It makes me sad and angry that so many kids like R.l get the “life sucked out of them” by the one-size-fits-all school system, and I feel like my goal is to just get her through it all, somehow, with her soul intact. Thanks again for helping me see all this thru a better lens.

My son is now a rising senior in high school. Once upon a time, a teacher in elementary school told me I should get him tested and ‘look into a special school’. 3D Learner was part of our addressing his specific learning difficulties – and gifts. He has been an honor roll student throughout high school with several honors and AP courses under his belt and is now planning to attend college and study engineering/robotics. I think about our 3DL time very fondly, and am sooooo glad we did it!

Hi Mira, Mark and the Team at 3d Learner,
I hope all is well. Wanted to give you an alumni update on my son. He continues to improve in reading since graduating from your program and I’ve seen significant improvements in his self-esteem and maturity as a student. He is no longer “frustrated” with homework and works independently. He is now in 5th grade and what a difference in him since he first came to your program in 3rd grade. He has performed very well on his FCAT exams since third grade and is able to confidently take the tests. No more “test stress” – this also carries over to his classwork. He isn’t a straight A student, but is performing well and as I’ve come to realize with dyslexic students their unique genius reveals itself in many ways.
I wanted to thank you again for all your help and also to share with you some exciting news. B. has been participating in the Robotics club at his elementary school, where he is in the gifted program. Last weekend they participated in the Senior Solutions First Lego League 11th Annual Robotics Extravaganza held at the Safe Schools Institute in Boca Raton and it was sponsored by the Palm Beach County School District. There were 16 teams present, Boca High, 14 Palm Beach County Middle schools (I think it may be all of the public middle schools), and the team from Banyan Creek Elementary.
B.’s team chose to utilize his 2 programs. Imagine everyone’s surprise when B.’s team, the youngest and least experienced at the competition beat 13 other teams, including the team from Boca High to capture 3rd Place!!! It was an amazing day as it was only the second time his team competed.
As excited as B. was that his team won and that he played a huge part in the win I had to help him put it in perspective. Each team has on average about 10 student programmers. They beat 13 teams of older students. As a 10-year old he wrote more successful programs then approximately 130 other children who are much older than he is. I never saw him smile so big! He said “Mom, I’m really, really good at this aren’t I?” To which I replied “Yes I think we just discovered one of your special gifts!”
It was out of pure desperation that I sought out your services 2 years ago. I had a completely demoralized gifted child that told me he was just going to give up on school and be a garbage man. He was 8 years old at the time in third grade reading at a first grade level. What a complete turnaround, which I owe very much to you and the work you do with the children. He now reads above grade level!!
Please share B.’s story with future prospective parents considering your services. I am eternally grateful for the work you do and continue to do to help children achieve their true potential.
As a parent we often wonder if we are doing the right thing for our kids and I know that sending him to your program was essential. I look at him now and wonder what if I did nothing? How different would his future be if I didn’t act and just allowed him to continue to struggle and become further demoralized.
Thank You for Everything!

Hello Mira and company,
Wanted to report that M. continues her success in school and third grade. She raised her FCAT scores from reading 3 math 3 and science 4 to 4,4, and 5. Her Lexile was 742 this month. She officially “fits” the gifted profile…haha. Most importantly though she is really enjoying her success and much more confident. Thanks for everything

I read your poem (Life is a Ball) to my husband today while he was driving in the car to a family member’s home. B. and his younger brother were in the car as well. B. feels so special now. He was looking over my shoulder while I was reading it and corrected me when I left out a title on one of the pages. And, about half way through B. said, “Boxes are jerks!”
We all want to be balls now…lol.
Your way of helping kids helped my son find a way to connect with the world around him. Keep up the good work.

I want to thank you and your family at 3D Learner for being such a wonderful answer to prayer! You have made a lasting impression on my grandson W., and have given my daughter, the tools she needs to work with him.
You and Mark are true advocates for children who are trying to find their voice.
May you be richly blessed in the days ahead.
Love, M.C. (Grandma)
Thank you and your staff for taking in a child with very little education and helping her achieve her greatest dream…an education. What 3D Lerner did to help P obtain her GED is priceless. Thank you for taking her in unconditionally and proving the odds! You are miracle workers!

Thank you all at 3D Learner for your time and dedication to this program. We are seeing much improvement and the “home front” is becoming more stress-free each day….(big smile).

We have Awesome news!!!!!! A. is on the A/B honor roll. She went from F’s into mostly A’s this grading session.
She put them all in their place with this report card. Yes, I cried. It’s fantastic that a child can progress and improve as the year goes forward. It’s usually the opposite when course work gets harder. Last year at this time, everyone in this school wanted A. to be medicated. She still always talks about you both and wants to come visit again. You have been her inspiration. Thank you for the seeds that have been planted and for the ones that have really started to grow.

Dear Mark and Mira,
Words cannot express my gratitude to you, Judy, Julie, Eva and the entire 3D Learner team. You Care and it shows.
Thank you for your patience teaching parents and students academic skills, cognitive skills and family management skills, and us, in particular.
You shed Light all year long.

Do you remember that little girl who came to you over the summer in between her 3rd and 4th grade? She is graduating high school this year! I wanted to give you an update. Her weighted GPA was 4.52 on 1st quarter report card. She is also a member of the National Honor Society and is the librarian for the marching band. Your help with Ilana was invaluable. I am so happy to have found you, because I don’t think that Ilana would have been the same person had she not worked with you. Music has been another positive experience in her life. Had I known the positive impact that music has had on Ilana’s life, I would have started her playing music much earlier in life.

I am glad to inform you that my son, has been doing great thanks to the 3D Learner program. It has been 3 years since then. He is now in 6th grade and is enrolled in a Magnet program for science and engineering. He currently has a grade point average of 3.3. I am now having difficulties with his sister. I am beginning to use the 3Dlearner System with her and I have seen improvements in just a few weeks. Thank You
R.F., Margate, FL
My daughter is 10 years old. She has had difficulty with language development for years. She was at the first grade reading level from her 3D Learner evaluation this past summer. Before finding the 3D Learner, she had participated in the Fast Forward and Lindamood-Bell programs during previous summers. She still reads slowly and struggles significantly with reading comprehension. When we realized that she learns visually, we decided to take part in the 3D Learner program. After working with the 3D Learner’s reading program and Visual Motor and Body Movement program for four months, her reading speed has improved drastically, and her comprehension as well. She is now able to read at the fourth grade level in the 3D Learner’s reading program. Also, she feels that her school work and home work are easier to do and she is able to work independently. Her improvement in reading has been such a relief to me, and has provided me with much less stress and anxiety.
Both of you are very passionate and very dedicated to help special needs children. Your support and advice are not only important for children but also big encouragement for parents. Your positive attitude had a huge impact on parents. Thank you very much for your help!!! Best wishes for the continuous success of the program!!!
