What Will Help Your Child To
Do Well on the 3rd Grade FCAT?

Parents call us each week for help with the 3rd Grade FCAT.  We have had terrific success with students passing the 3rd Grade FCAT, often with 3s or 4s.

A 1 is failing

A 2 is required to pass but often results in on-going remediation

A 3 is at grade level

A 4 is above grade level

Our goal is to help every child to pass the 3rd Grade FCAT, and to dramatically improve their reading comprehension, so they never have to worry about passing the FCAT ever again.  Our goal is to help you to go from

Stress to 3rd Grade FCAT Success for Your Child

One dad whose son got a 4 on the 3rd Grade FCAT said,

"The results of your program were spectacular"

He added, "We wish we had known our child learned differently, and that he had a tracking and test anxiety challenge before we had invested over $6000 with a traditional learning center".

My name is Mira Halpert.  I have a Master’s Degree in Education from the University of Michigan.  I have four great kids.  Two of them excelled in school; the other two were equally bright, but they struggled with reading comprehension.

In 8th grade, the guidance counselor they us our daughter was not college material and I became

A mom on a mission!!

With what has become known as the 3D Learner Program (R), my daughter improved her reading comprehension 4.2 grade levels in 7 months.  Now she is a National Board Certified Teacer teaching gifted 3rd graders.

I then shifted my focus to my then 3rd Grade son, who  did very well with the program, and he never worried about the FCAT.

We can help any child in grades 1 through 12, but my desire is to help students in 2nd and 3rd grade, where they are old enough to grasp the material, they can become much better readers, and neither their parents nor the students need to worry about the FCAT this year or ever.

Recently, our parent advisory team asked us to develop 5 Keys to Success and below are the 5 Keys to go from "Stress to 3rd Grade FCAT Success for Your Child"

1-  Set your goal for your child to get at least a 3 on the 3rd Grade FCAT, where possible.  Passing the test or the other options is required for promotion, and the results of the 3rd Grade FCAT are used for placement purposes.  At present, if your child gets a 2, passing but not at grade level, they will be in remedial reading next year.  This deprives them of the more challenging and interesting classes.  A 3 and they will have a chance to be in these classes and to be with their friends.  Click here to get our no cost "Goal Setting for 3rd Grade FCAT Success"

2-  Get an independent assessment, where possible.  We have found that many students struggle with the 3rd Grade FCAT because they learning differently, skip words and lines when reading, lose focus during this long test, and/or have test anxiety.

If this sounds like your child, 3D Learner offers a very comprehensive and cost effective assessment that focuses on these key points.

3-  Do the 3rd Grade FCAT Program of choice, with a commitment to be very successful.  Reading on grade level by the end of 3rd ggrade can position your child to be successful for life

4-  Find a program where the professionals will work collaboratively with your child's teachers and you

5-  Make the process as much fun as possible.

One third grader went from the worst reader in her 3rd grade class to the best reader in her 4th grade class and read twice as many pages as anyone in a 4th grade competition.  Her dad asked how did this happen and the young lady said:

""Dad, at 3D Learner I learned how to turn books into videos and now I really enjoy reading"

I love to see kids 3rd Grade FCAT scores soar, but it more important  to the 3D Learner Team and me that your child learns to enjoy learning
