School Partnerships and Professional Development
Mark and his wife Mira Halpert, M.Ed, an educator with a lifetime experience and the developer of the widely acclaimed 3D Learner Program ®, provide in-services to support teachers, guidance counselors and exceptional student specialists with tools they can use. The Halperts provide parent in-services that are informative, empowering and give parents useful tools that can be implemented immediately.
Too often our students fall behind and parents are told to be more realistic in their goals. We ourselves were told, when our daughter was in 8th grade, that she was not ‘college material’ because her reading comprehension was 3 years below grade level. We simply rejected their premise.
Our story and experiences provide a unique perspective
“You must tell your story, because you share a message that every parent and professional needs to hear,” a physician remarked after hearing our presentation.
We come with personal and professional experience of helping kids succeed in months and not years. Professionals are often skeptical at first. Once they understand what students and parents are experiencing, they are open to new and different approaches.
The Halperts in-service presentations are hands-on. They challenge the status quo, and give all participants a different mindset that encourage new ideas, create a collaborative model, and find ways to make a difference in months and not years.
“We are a very left-brain school with a lot of right-brain students and Mira and Mark are here to bridge the difference,” John W., Headmaster Northside Christian School, St. Petersburg, FL.
The best results are seen when our presentation involves BOTH parents and professionals. Schools have found this program to be invaluable in creating a collaborative results oriented environment.
With the new Florida State Standards and Common Core Standards starting in 2014-15, our presentation can be tailored to meet your unique needs. For more information call.
