Right-Brained Assessments

Most of our students are right-brained and they learn best when they see and experience information.

Many of our clients are right-brained learners with ADHD, some are right. Some are right-brained learners with tracking problems, and over half of our students are right-brained learners with an attention problem, that may be ADHD, and tracking issues.

Rather than testing for dyslexia or a learning disability, our assessments primarily focus on the following 5 questions:

-   Is your child a right-brained learner?

-   Does your child have a significant attention issue?  We do not specifically test for ADHD.

-   Does your child have a tracking or visual perception issue?

-   Does your child have other co-existing challenges like auditory memory, visual memory, working memory and/or processing speed?

-   What is your child's present reading comprehension level, vocabulary level and reading speed?

We offer 5 different ways to assess your child, including:

-   A Core Assessment that focuses on whether your child is a right-brained learner, and has attention and/or tracking - visual challenges. With this assessment we offer an automated response.

-  Our Enhanced Assessment that includes the Core Assessment with additional exercises on auditory memory, visual memory and other processing issues.   The Enhanced Assessment includes a 30-minute telephone debrief.

-  Our Best Value Assessment includes the Enhanced Assessment plus an on-line reading comprehension, vocabulary and reading speed assessment, plus a 30-minute telephone debrief.

"The 3D Learner On-Line Assessment with the debrief was better than what I paid $2500 for ", B. Cannon

For those in the South Florida Area, we offer three more options that are done at our Boca Raton, FL facility:

1-    Our Best Value Assessment plus a Visagraph (R), which will show how your child's eyes track when reading.

2-    The Structured of Intellect Assessment (R), a Visagraph (R), an Interactive Metronome Assessment (R) and the reading assessment.  This powerful combination assesses for:

-  How your child learns best

-  What your child's underlying learning strengths and challenges are

-   Auditory memory, visual memory, processing speed, working memory and copying challenges

-  How your child's eyes track

-  Attention and anxiety challenges

This battery really helps us to tailor the training to your child's needs.

We also can either refer you to a psychologist who understands the right-brained learners, or we have a psychologist we work with. The latter offers you the opportunity to have a member of our staff to be part of the debrief.
