Why The Structure of Intellect Assessment (SOI) Works for Adults
Many adults learn best when they see and experience information. They often struggle, despite many years of working twice as hard as their peers -- because organization challenges, pressure, the need to stay on top of multiple tasks, and other issues make life much harder than it should be
If you:
- Remember places you have been
- Learn best when you see and experience information
- Struggle with reading comprehension, putting your thoughts on paper, and having to spend more time to get mundane tasks done right ...
You may be a right-brained learner, who can do far better if you understand how you learn best, where you are strong, where you struggle, and where you need to focus on to succeed in your work and in life.
Picture your present life, what challenges does it present -- identify the 1 or 2 key issues that are holding you back
Know imagine we had an assessment that could show you how smart you are in so many ways, why you struggle, especially with stuff that others find so much easier.
Then think how your life would be so much different, if you could capitalize on your strengths, minimize your challenges, and feel 100% better.
Our assessement process is designed to start that process -- and can be completed within days and for an affordable investment.
We Start with the SOI Assessment (R).
The SOI Assessment shows:
How you learn best -- and will explain why you excel at certain tasks and may struggle with others.
Your strengths -- it often shows adults are at college level or above on many of the skills required for success.
Areas of concern -- it often shows adults the few areas that are holding them back.
Identifies visual perception and auditory challenges. Adults often skip words or lines when reading, transposing numbers, or have difficulty with multiple auditory instructions.
We then do a Visagraph (R) to see if there is a tracking issues when reading.
We also do an Interactive Metronome (R) Assessment that often identifies an attention challenge
We can then do a Career Assessment -- that shows how your skills match up versus several chosen careers -- to see where there is a fit, and to isolate areas where improvement can make the difference.
Lastly, we provide a debrief, that adults often find illuminating, helpful and something they can use to change their lives.
